In the software development process cooperate effort to address matters and community supported user documentation may added additional value to the project and also it's the best way to keep the project on way and improve the project stability throw the community, because user interaction can be measured with the community contribution. With that facts we suppose to use developers blog for that purposes  in Smart Name Card development procedure. we use this blog as an public communication platform and a document sharing and storing mechanism.

cloud base document sharing mechanism is a very important thing for software development. There are some existing solutions for that like googledrive, dropbox..etc. we use some these tools also for the development ,but we tried to use blogger for give the clear idea about by publishing some set of final documentations throw the blog.

To get a higher cooperate effort for the project, it is important to keep it on public and community continuity involvement is very important thing. for achieve that objectives, we decided to  fallow some certain tactical strategies. source code is on open source and open for direct contributions, higher documentation and wiki pages use to give a clear idea about the project, github repository and public version controlling techniques are use as technically achieve those objectives. user friendly communication throw the public mailing list and other similar things are used as an open other ways for that. 
    

• Use developer blog as a supportive environment for general users, developers and all users that they involve with product development, maintenance, deployment and normal usage.   
• Collaborative software documentation creating and maintaining.  
• Release some slid share notes for get public involvement.
